On Oct. 6th, The New Mexico Green Chamber of Commerce (NMGCC) joins other American Sustainable Business Council members in advocating for policies that benefit communities and the environment, while generating jobs and economic growth. NMGCC President Lawrence Rael and CEO Allan Oliver will discuss sustainable business and renewable energy/clean technology issues with White House, Cabinet Officials and Congressional staff at ASBC's National Meeting in Washington, DC.
NMGCC President Lawrence Rael and CEO Allan Oliver will join others in dialogue with Ari Matusiack, Executive Director of the White House Business Council; and a host of Republican and Democratic elected officials and senior staff. NMGCC leaders met with Congressman Heinrich, Congressman Lujan, Senator Bingaman and senior staff for Senator Udall. National business organizations as well as regional, state and local business groups from NM, CA, CO, NY, VA, OH, MD, TX, MN, WA, PA, SC, MA, and NH will share their views on the critical importance of the triple-bottom line economy and the policies needed to local and innovative new businesses.
